Responding to COVID-19

We have comprehensive information about our response to COVID-19 and the arrangements we have in place to support our community on the University website.

Until further notice, the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science Student Administration Services counter is closed.  Please be assured that our staff are still working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and we will continue to support our students and colleagues via online support and email at

CECS Student Services and Experience staff have replaced face-to-face appointments with a Virtual Front Counter. Please see below details:

Available days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday @ 10am–1pm (AEST). Please note the counter is closed on Wednesdays.

Our Virtual Front Counter consultations are generally 5-10 minutes long, however we do recognise that there are some circumstances (e.g. complex or sensitive enquiries, complaints, Study-plan/degree checking, etc.) that require a longer consultation with an advisor.

If you have a complex enquiry you'd like to discuss with one of our advisers, please contact and we will work with you to schedule a longer consultation.
